I love Vann York Toyota. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from them, and because of their customer service and how they treated me I drive from GSO to HP to get all my service because they are quick, efficient, and I’m always pleased. They have a loyal customer out of me!

Today I had the most enjoyable experience taking my car in for its first service. Charles Martin spent almost 2 hours explaining all the things that were NEVER explained when I purchased my new car at different dealership. What a joy to meet and learn from such a professional! Vann York you know you have a JEWEL in this employee!!!!! I would give Charles 10 stars if Google would!!! And I will add that my first service was completed in just under an hour so the service department also gets FIVE STARS!!!

Had a great service experience when needing to get my car’s trunk to close and stay closed. Tom Wilde (aka TW) was able to squeeze my repair into the service team’s busy schedule. The service technician (Matra) was able to diagnosed the problem and reassemble the lock so that my trunk would open and close correctly. Some great detective work was shown in the short video that he texted me to highlight the root cause of the problem. Thank you to both gentlemen for getting me back on the road.

We had an excellent experience today at Van York Toyota. We were traveling through North Carolina on Interstate 73 on our way home to Charlottesville, Virginia when we had an instant blowout of a tire on our 2025 Toyota RAV4. We spent the night at a hotel near the airport, then went to Van York Toyota just passed 7 AM in the morning. Derek had just walked up to his desk in the service department and we approached him saying we need your help. We explained our situation and Derek was immediately sympathetic and caring. He said It’s early and we are not backed up, we’ll take care of it for you. I’m sorry this happened to you. He showed us where we could have a cup of coffee and relax while they promptly checked our car. There was no malfunction in the car. It was just a flat tire, but a new tire had to be ordered AND it would be in about 2 PM. Sure enough, the tire came in 2 PM and in hardly any time at all, we were safely on our way home. If I could give 10 stars to Derek and Van York Toyota, we would have no hesitation. This dealership is golden — as is Derek!!!!

I had my service done today on my 2024 Toyota GR86 at Vann York Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tom was fantastic from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I pulled in, and he clearly explained what they would be doing to my vehicle. He personally showed me to the waiting area and kept everything professional and welcoming. When my vehicle was ready, they came to get me and walked me out to it. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but it was absolutely worth it for the level of service I received. Overall, excellent service all around!
